INGREDIENTS
Purified water, humectant: glycerol, Cordyceps sinensis CS-4 extract*, Green tea leaf extract(Camellia sinensis (L .), Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), blackcurrant natural flavouring, rowan berry extract(Sorbus aucuparia )*, iron (microencapsulated ferric saccharate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamid), acidity regulator: citric acid, copper gluconate, vitamin B5 (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin B9 (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin B7 (D-biotin).
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Take 2 full droppers (1ml each) daily for a total of 2ml. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For optimal health, this supplement should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use a food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool dry place out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant women or mothers who are breastfeeding.

Shake bottle before use.
Add to a glass of water.
