OUR FOUNDER
Holy Mush was born from my own transformation — two years sober, rebuilding my mind and body through breathwork, wellness, and the power of functional mushrooms.
After years of chaos, addiction and burnout, I discovered how Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and the ancient fungi world could support clarity, energy, focus and emotional balance.
That shift changed everything…
